Terms & Conditions
The terms under which Ironworth supplies its products and services to customers across Australia.
1. Application
These terms apply to all quotes, orders and supply of Ironworth products unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Pricing & Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST and freight unless stated.
3. Payment
Payment terms are agreed at time of order. Title in goods does not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Ironworth is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5. Returns
Goods may only be returned with prior written approval from Ironworth. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ironworth's liability is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods supplied.
