Ironworth stands behind every product we manufacture with a straightforward warranty backed by Australian service and support.
Warranty Coverage
Ironworth warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the terms below.
What Is Covered
- • Structural components manufactured by Ironworth
- • Hydraulic cylinders and valves supplied as original equipment
- • Manufacturing defects identified during normal operation
What Is Not Covered
- • Normal wear items including cutting edges and end bits
- • Damage caused by misuse, overloading or accident
- • Modifications made without written approval from Ironworth
- • Failure to perform recommended maintenance
Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact Ironworth with proof of purchase, the serial number of the product and a description of the fault. We will assess and respond within one business day.
This warranty is in addition to any rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
